set EVT_VIRTUAL_MENU_LONG as the default for all newer radios #107

Provide a default EVT_VIRTUAL_MENU_LONG for newer radios configuration menu, rather than adding it piecemeal as a new radios appear with even more diverse / weird button configurations.

In theory, this does not affect "legacy" radios.
