EdgeTX 2.9 introduced a new, non-backwards compatible character set change for colour radios, removing the automagic translation of @ to °.

This PR hopefully fixes it.

Due to the possible effect on OpenTX, this PR should not be merged until someone (please) has tested it on a colour radio on OpenTX.
