support for US-100 serial #3768

Current Behavior

I have a MatekF405 board and free uarts. I cannot connect a us-100 because i cannot redirect to the US-100 or HCSR04 serial without recompile the software

Desired Behavior

In Inav v 2.0 there are a lot of redirections in the new servomixer. In a same way you should select the rangefinder thru serial. for a lot of FC's there are no I2C port available and this could be a solution
