target: Add GHF411AIO-ICM (JHEMCUF411) target board support #9694

Current Behavior

At the moment, INAV does not support the JHEMCUF411 target

Desired Behavior

My suggestion is to add support for this board to INAV

JHEMCUF411.zip I'm sorry if I'm doing something wrong, I couldn't compile it on my computer. I took the pinout of the flight controller in Betaflight and added a new folder to inav\src\main\target\ It should be working. I hope you can help me!
