Service Unavailable via 3G connection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Just installed Siphon 2.2.0. I've an Iphone 3GS (3.1.2) with Cydia.
I have an UMTS / Fast Internet Access with Vodafone Italy. 
I can't login to my SIP Provider. 

Interesting: i can connect, call and receiving calls via WIFI
I have typed in STUN, PROXY, etc. 
But I can't login (SERVICE UNAVAILABLE). 

The 3G connection in general does work (Nimbuzz does login, i can download
emails and surf with SAFARI)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SIPHON 2.2.0
IPHONE 3GS 3.1.2
CYDIA 1.0.3044-66
3G CONNECTION with Vodofone Italy

Please provide any additional information below.

Are u sure that Vodofone Italy is not blocking the SIP port on 3g Newtwork?

Did you enabled 3G option of Siphon ?
