Windows version "Cannot open the file as [7z]archive Headers error" #132

Hello,

When I am extracting the downloaded windows version from the link "https://download.impersonator.org/iper_windows_released.7z", Then I am getting the following ERROR:

Cannot open the file as [7z]archive
Headers error
