Cant use the Download ffmpeg link under install.md for Windows 10 #94

I open the link, a new website loads, but nothing downloads same with the download link of the Wiki page "How to use the released version on windows?" with the [Download] link. only the [Download(天翼云)] link works but I am not chinese and dont know the language either...
