According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Immersive Portals mod and Fabric API?

When one of the portals is out of the player FOV it will not render and you'll only see white or throught blocks
I tested with several mods in my mod pack and the mod causing that was the Eureka! mod and the valkyrienskies
