[Bug] Forge IP Tardis refined hang

Steps to Reproduce

Get V1 of "Tardis Refined" for forge and any current release version of immersive portals forge place a tardis root shell and attempt to enter screen should show "lading terrain" after a moment of integrated server lag screen hangs indefinetly

What You Expected

to load into the interior dimension

What Happened Instead

game deadlocks and requires force closing

it is my (limited) understanding that this isn't specific to tardis refined but rather related to creating dimensions during runtime. as the tardis creates a dimension per exterior and there can be any number of tardises they are reuqired to be created as needed unlike generic dimensions that can be preregistered at load
