This should resolve strange behaviour and major issues with mods including the core Oculus. It was a matter of misconfigured vertex methods.

I am very pleased with this. My PR code was based on a rough surface-level view on how the compat was implemented on 1.18.

The other PR's have gone in depth with the specifics of 1.19.2
