According to your testing, does the issue occur with ONLY Portal Gun mod and Immersive Portals mod and Farbic API?

Yes

Describe the issue

When shooting the exit portal onto something, the whole world turns black and i can't see anything but the portal. I'm using Fabric (latest) for 1.20.4 and using version 6.2.1 of the mod which says it's for 1.20.4

Are you using any rendering-related mods? Does the issue really occur with only fabric api, iPortal and portal gun mod? Can a normal nether portal render?
