[Feature request] add portal gun that can only shoot blue portal #19

Add a portal gun that can only shoot a blue portal. With this also add a way to summon the portals using comands.

but did you think about how a way to automaticaly place portals? (if there is no orange portal to be able to place) Just asking

adding the ability to /summon orange portal or /summon blue portal
