Customer Service: Establish infrastructure #1/change structure of module #12

The child task of Customer Service: Establish infrastructure #1.

The customer-service must be multi-module project. One of module is current project(customer-service).

So change project structure:

  1. move current project to separate module
  2. make base pom 2.1. include modules 2.2. move from customer-module
  3. checkstyle has to be in main directory(root directory)
