New task box position when are including "new task" #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll down the page, untill the associated history is not visible
2. Include a new task

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The task inclusion frame is visible in the window

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
