Please ready SLAR, IQMedia databases, API, etc. with ADDB Australia (17314)

@hollinger @jmylet, as I anticipated a few weeks a go, ADDB Australia is starting to get populated with assets and detections. We have our first customer Nexxen with a contract to start getting data via GetOccurrences, GetCreatives, etc. on 1/1/2024 but we agreed to give them access to the API by 12/1/2023. Please make sure that we are ready to meet these dates. Not exactly sure what activities need to take place for this to happen but I can think of the following:

• TTX is starting to report detections for this ClientID (17314)
• Please make sure that ADDB AU (17314) data flows to all respective DBs, tables, SOLR, etc.
• Please enable the API for the IQMedia account to start reporting data from 17314.
• The schema and fields in the API should be the same we for other countries: UK, DE, US, US ES, FR, etc.
