We are finding that more and more both external and internal projects require us to filter using Program Title, i.e. " NCAA Women's Bask. Tournament" or "Good Morning America". I don't think this filter is available in the GetOccurrences endpoint, so this feature request should include this filtering capability in both GetOccurrences and the ADDB Delivery tool.
