To prevent mismatches between the channelname on https://control.teletrax.tv/ and https://ott-control.kinetiq.tv/ as well as the future export function. We should use the name of the channel resource id.

In addition to the above. This should sync periodically (once every week for example) so this name will always be in sync in all places. The resource ID can't be changed.
