Steps to reproduce this issue:
1) Go into ADDB Job Management
2) Select Ad hoc in the filter bar
3) Click "Apply" button
4) You will get an error: "An error occurred in this process. Please contact support@kinetiq.tv (see below)
Please fix this issue as customers cannot see their Ad hoc jobs.
