ique_cbc_attack is not recognized as an internal or external command #2

Please help. I cannot inject the ique_cbc_attack into the Dr.Mario (005d1870.rec) file. Every time I try your command on the guide (ique_cbc_attack -p 3C088001350818E03C09000135298ED0 -r 005d1870.rec -d 081F0000000000000000000000000000 -o 1000) I get a " 'ique_cbc_attack' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

I've tried many different things and googling it to come up with nothing.

This guide is very unfinished and doesn't actually include any of the files necessary for the process. You'll need to join the iQueBrew Discord server for an actual guide.
