POC of absolute TPM quantification plots for OpenEBench and publication #271
Generate various local metric plots of the different tools so that we can compare and pick the metric to be included in OpenEBench and also to have an idea of what plots to include in our final paper. Then decide if there are metrics to be added or updated in the summary workflow.
