The hierarchical packaging branch still didn't provide a full linking between subpackages and subresources.

i.e. sub/resource sub/sub1/resource sub/sub1/sub2/resource

calling sub/ will provide you with

subPackages: sub/sub1/ sub/sub1/sub2 resources: sub/resource
