Authentication in the end-point controllers: SQL, spectql #130

Currently TDTAdmin should be kept away from non-authenticated users. Currently this is only implemented in the RController, not in the end-point controllers of SQL and spectql.

To extend this, we should look out for the authentication module iRail 3.0 is developing. Once we know the specs of this, we can start working on an authentication layer between the controller and the router.
