Elastic search resource #146

Create an elastic search resource. It will represent a uri of an elastic search that represents an index + type. So that the link it provides leads to a "group" of data. Further down the road we'll see if there's a need to represent an entire index of an elastic search in the datatank.

Currently on a very low priority. Will close and re-open when an elastic search strategy is necessary.
