Installer - index.php #58

If the TDT is installed there is no reason to redirect to the index.php, preferably we redirect the user to TDTInfo/Resources or give them an overview of interesting url's like Resources, Admin, and so forth. If ofcourse the version is different again, indicating the installer should be run again.
