HTMLFormatter - Remake #79

In my opinion , and that of marc portier html formatter is messy, certainly if you pass hierarchical structures with it. It should just provide a object-ish representation in html, without to much specialties.

Ideas:

list of lists ...RFC ?!

Small bug , doesnt output some class names. ( see TDTInfo/Admin i.e.)
