Name change for several stations on 11/06/2017 #116

On 11/06/2017 several NMBS stations will have their name changed, this PR updates the iRail station database with their new names.

I guess the link associated with the station stays the same in this case?

Indeed, Louvain La Neuve Universite is not changed in their database. I will update the PR to the old name until the NMBS gave some clarity about this.
