Rewrite the build script to support text/turtle and application/ld+json properly

We need text/turtle support and JSON-LD support in the build script. Right now, the JSON-LD is created after first reading self created turtle.

• [x] Change system to use n3's triple structure
• [x] introduce a flag to request text/turtle if wanted
