Checklist

Describe the bug Devices Added and show in HomeKit as Adaptive Lights. But can't control them. If I try to turn it on in the Home App nothing happens and then the toggle in the App just turns itself back off. I know under common issues it says to make sure to enter the Data Points for the devices. But i'm unsure where I get this data from in order to enter it?

Expected behavior Be able to control the lights and use them as adaptive lights

Environment (please complete the following information):

Had that issue too @nefariouslegion For me it took going to the iot.tuya.com platform(which I'm sure you've already done) Had to change the lights instruction from what they call "Standard Instructions" to DP instruction and voilla, it started responding. I got this link from some searching, not sure from which forum https://pypi.org/project/tinytuya/ which gave me the dp values to insert on my colored and dimmable lights. Hope this helps.

I ran into the same issue and even sending commands straight from the Tuya Developer API page did not change the brightness and/or color temperature. When I opened the Tuya Smart app on my iPhone and selected the light source, the Scene Control Panel was shown. Setting the bulb to "White" let HomeKit control the light correctly. My best guess is, that because Tuya Device Scenes have fixed values manual changes are not being applied.
