Address suggestions to mock publishers #106

The mock publishers PR needs a few suggestions to be addressed. Please revisit https://github.com/iRobotEducation/create3_sim/pull/96 and apply unresolved comments.

  1. mock params yaml update
  2. compostable nodes
  3. cliffs for kidnap, move to their own files
  4. lambda
