Description

This PR re-organizes some packages in order to better support both gazebo and ignition simulations. It's possible to review by commit.

The changes consist in:

renaming irobot_create_gazebo into irobot_create_bringup
rename the launch files adding gazebo to their names
create an additional launch file that contains only the create3 nodes and no gazebo/rviz tools
