I found that this repo does not come with any sort of license to use it. which makes it availablity to read the code free and doesnt explicitly specify if someone can use/modify/re-distribute it or not. if your intention is to make it available for everyone for free to use/modify/re-distribute and to credit the author i would suggest a change and give it a apache v2.0 license which is permissive enough for anyone to use it. i would like to know your thoughts if your intention is different.
