list index out of range at line 247, in save_permission_artefact #32

Hi, I was trying the tool and whenever I'm trying to download Test 5, I get list index out of range at line 247.

Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "npnt_testing_app.py", line 247, in save_permission_artefact
    current_perm_xml = self.permission_cases[index]
IndexError: list index out of range

also, whenever I upload the flight logs file to Verify test, it says please upload the file.
