Adding 6 new Pets

Adds new pets?

[x] Added Horse Pet
[x] Added Blaze Pet
[x] Added Creeper Pet
[x] Added Enderman Pet
[x] Added Skeleton Pet
[x] Added Zombie Pet
[x] Moved all the ServerVersion.earliest Pets to one spot to make the file cleaner/clearer
[x] Removed some Stuff from TODO.txt
[x] Correct some creation dates in some Pet files
