Add build version and deployment date to blog #36

in the side menu near credits I'd like to add info about the build version (commit of the repo and commit of the theme submodule) as well as deployment date in order to allow easy and fast checking of the correct deployment operation

now that #53 and #61 are merged this become important to identify the version deployed at https:/dev.iscsc.fr
