It would be cool to have the :fr: flag in the title when the article is not available in English Ex: https://iscsc.fr/posts/wu2024-base64custom/

indeed it would be nice! currently we still define a tag for FR articles: https://iscsc.fr/tags/fr/ but this seems better!

I'll probably implement it in https://github.com/iScsc/blog.iscsc.fr/pull/43 and maybe enforce it with #65
