Declining, because the whole point behind the original file is to provide definitions for the potential variables. Because of the nature of the JS file, it makes this file redundant and was designed to avoid the type of file alltogether.

The variables themselves aren't concrete and have the ability to morph based on a given configuration object, so this would be very difficult to manage
