Length decontamination: Percentage / Absolute modes seem to be confused #2

It seems that in the GUI, the percentage / absolute modes in the tool are switched.
When selecting "Absolute", according to Benneth tests the program seems to run OK, but in "Percentage" mode. When selecting "Percentage", according to Benneth's tests the program is not properly running.

I just checked and the Gui is correctly providing the selected mode to the backend. This is also evident in the progress logs, where the arguments of the invoked command are listed.
