Benneth had the brilliant idea to name this entire tool "PhASER":
PhASER: Phylogenomic Analysis Sequence Evaluation and Removal Toolkit
This would give a great option to use a "Star Trek" icon for it.
However the name could be a source of confusion since we are preparing another tool that has the function to "phase" sequences ("ConvPhase"). Even if the function of Convphase is not totally connected to the other functions of "PhASER", in a certain sense it does fit into the set of functions. So, if we could add just another starting tab for ConvPhase, slightly modifying the program, so it automatically processes (phases) all files in one folder, it would be phantastic.
