Please modify the GUI following the model of morphometricanalyzer.
The GUI should allow the user to specify
If the input file is a Fasta or tab-delimited text or gb file
If the sequences in the input are aligned or unaligned
Which of the various distances should be computed (default p-distance; several distances can be selected)
The different components showing up in the list of files should be:
the PDF histogram figure(s) (even if they cannot be previewed)
the pairwise alignment (if one was performed)
each of the matrices / tables separately
I have no access to the tool right now, and won't be able to check before Monday, therefore maybe I have forgotten or ambiguously specified some items here - I leave the decision how exactly to best realize this to you.
