Create an URL shortener #7

This URL shortener could be used to reduce problems with characters limit on sharing media, and improve the focus and readability of the message content.

URL shortener are considered harmfull by many.

Twitter provide its own URL shortener and other social media don't limit the length. Moreover iteam.org's URL are quite clean.
