请问if(title)为什么会报错呢

如下图环境是Windows 10，nodeJs 10.13.0， npm 6.4.1，除了更换了Pandoc，其他应该没有改动。

expecting number but found undefined.

换成 if (is_post()) 就能解决，但是为什么在我的环境下会有这个问题呢？
