Panorama example broken #17

When I try to view the panorama example on Ubuntu 18.04 (in Firefox or Chromium), I get a blank image and in the console I can see an error: TypeError: u.getLayerTextures is not a function

Thanks to report issue! This issue is fixed in itowns PR 952. Note that the panoramic view with StaticSource and PanoramicViewer are deprecated. It'll be replaced by new innovative features.
