doc: update examples URL in README #2360

Read CONTRIBUTING.md and CODING.md to apply iTowns conventions on PRs, Git history and code.

Description

Update the link in the README regarding examples access in local, it was pointing to the wrong port

iTowns run on localhost:8080 by default. If not it's maybe because your 8080 port is already used.

It may be this, I had another server running but not on this port. Anyway, closing this PR as irrelevant indeed.
