Itowns experienced lag in the Vue project #2443

After initializing the project with Vue, I encountered a lag when dragging the map. Additionally, when I used Ctrl+left click, the Earth was not rotating, and the operation was not smooth. If the left blank DOM was closed, the operation would be better. I don't know what the reason is

We need to investigate this but it may be related to #2274
