NYC has not been updated in 2 years. It's unclear if they'll mitigate https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-67hx-6x53-jw92, but I would guess no. The issue is with upstream dependencies (istanbul-lib-instrument -> babel/core), so we'd have to override some deps globally to fix this. I'd prefer to use a library which is actively maintained.
