In this PR:

Updated code in @itwin/imodels-access-frontend and @itwin/imodels-access-backend packages to the latest platform version, which required:
- property name changes in ClientToPlatformAdapter.toV2CheckpointAccessProps
- update to typescript version 4.4.0, which required:
- updates in tests to not rely on Error type for thrown objects
