error on registering new app (and update an old one too) #4936

Is there a problem in registering a new iTwins app in https://developer.bentley.com/register/ ? I'm getting authorization errors ( 403 ), it seems it tries to connect to production server (while I just wanted to create a test app)

Which email address are you using to login? Are you still facing the same issue, and can you please provide us screenshot of the error message?
