The iTwin Snapshot help #497

1.the dwg file to bim file by iTwin Snapshot.exe,but the bim file can not show chinese words in imodeljs ? 2.the rvt file to bim file by iTwin Snapshot.exe , but element property family values show english, not store chinese language who can help me ? and i cannot find where get the documents for iTwin Snapshot.exe,for example config documents ,and other doucments.

Thanks for reporting these issues. Can you please provide us the files for these cases so that we could investigate?
