I download synchronize and started to do my imodel but it is not get connected what to do #5424

Click the gear icon in iTwin Synchronizer. Provide the log files accessible from there.

After downloading also its not working

If you want assistance, you will need to provide some (any) information. e.g., what did you do in Synchronizer? What type(s) of file(s) did you try to synchronize? What was the result? What does "not working" mean, specifically?

Im working with imodel using itwin synchronizer.I took sample house project from bentley and doing free trial and this was time im trying to synnchronize that is also not connecting kindly help with this
