Hierarchies: Similar filtered paths that points to same instance using different classes are handled incorrectly. #629

When multiple filtered paths has same instance but point to it using different class (e.g. BisCore.Model and BisCore.GeometricModel3d) incorrect results are produced. Nodes might are duplicated or node of that instance might not be marked as filter targe.
